When the time came to sell my mother’s house, I needed a real estate agent, a lot of help with getting the house ready for sale, and with making sure things were OK with a vacant house so far away (I live 350 miles from Macon). Fortunately Nate was available and he admirably fulfilled these needs. Nate is so easy to work with. He’s only a phone call or text away. No matter the question or need, he got a solution for me ASAP. Nate helped me find a good estate sale company, arranged for thorough cleaning and found a contractor for repairs. He checked on the house throughout the time it was on the market to make sure all was OK. When we had a minor water leak, he made sure it was fixed right away. And he got the house sold. Nate managed it all and I never needed to make the trip to Macon. I don’t think you could ask for a better real estate agent than Nate!
